Lou is a passionate teacher and student of Yoga, and co-runs Happy Om Yoga Studio. Her real passion is incorporating Ayurvedic wisdom into daily life, as well as into yoga practice, and supporting women in developing trust and care for themselves.
What I do
She trained in India (500 hours) and is an experienced teacher in Akhanda (holistic) yoga. She is a Yoga Health Coach – working longer term with people to find better health and inspiration through living the Ayurvedic habits.
She is also a yoga therapist for mental health (through The Minded Institute) and can support people through yoga, who are suffering with stress, anxiety and depression. She continues her education in holistic health and healing by starting to train as a Polarity Therapist in 2019.
Lou teaches beginners, intermediate and ‘advanced’ yoga courses, as well as ‘Empowered Woman’ yoga sessions, workshops in Ayurveda at Happy Om, plus women’s yoga & ayurveda retreats.
