Soulful Yoga Feel Good Norfolk

What I do

I am a forever student and teacher of yoga.  

I have been practicing yoga for 13 years and over that time it has become one of the biggest loves in my life. I have been astounded by all the ways that yoga has helped me in my life, bringing me happiness and strength, especially since becoming a mother. I am hugely passionate about sharing that knowledge and skillset with as many people as possible.

I am currently teaching hatha and bhava yoga, as well as yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation.  I am currently studying a 500 hour yoga therapist training so that I can further my knowledge and scope to bring the healing power of yoga to the world. These studies are helping to inform and shape my classes which are all about learning to feel good and find happiness from within. 

I offer group classes as well as one to one sessions. Yoga nidra classes also come with a recording so that you can continue the practice in your own time.
