After turning my life around a couple of years ago through diet and exercise, I found my passion for helping others reach their potential and regain their confidence. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2019, and have been working both out of gyms and online ever since.
The number one goal when working with a client is to equip them with all the tools they need to succeed for the long term,
I often use the saying,
“Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Teach a person to fish, they eat for life.”
My main philosophy as a coach is to work on building strong foundations within all areas of your life as health is affected by many variables such as; stress, relationships, sleep, mindset and habits.
Once we have a sturdy base, we can start working on building upwards and achieving some amazing results! I’m not a quick fix coach by any means, and I believe that to bring about meaningful, long lasting change, you need to work on your mind as well as your body.
I specialise in women’s health and weight-loss and have worked with many women from the ages of 18-75+, all with varying levels of health and fitness.
It’s never too late or early to start looking after your body and mind.
