Amy is a Certified Groove Facilitator, Eating Psychology Coach, Workshop Facilitator and founder and Director of the social enterprise, SoulShine.

Having navigated her own body image and food challenges, Amy felt deeply called to support and empower others in the area of Eating Psychology.

Amy has spent almost ten years exploring the most powerful and empowering ways to support and empower her clients in their relationship with their bodies and their food. She offers a rich tapestry of knowledge, tools, practices, and resources, drawing from eating psychology, embodiment and intuitive practices, Groove, guided visualisation, storytelling, mythology, and archetypes.

The result is Intuitively Nourished: a programme created to support women to make peace with their bodies, build confidence and resilience, and experience greater peace, trust, freedom, and ease in relation to food.

Amy is passionate about changing the narrative around eating challenges and transforming the shame stories so many women carry about themselves and their bodies. In group settings and on a one-to-one basis, she creates a safe, nurturing, and empowering space, in which people can tap into the incredible wisdom that resides in their bodies, souls, minds and hearts, so they feel truly nourished in all aspects of their lives.

Uniting people through dance, Amy is on a mission to inspire people to move in their own authentic and unique way to feel empowered, confident, and uplifted.

 More about Groove

A freeing, playful and empowering dance session for you to re-connect with your body.

Groove is a dynamically interactive and creative group dance experience. With great music, we will unite together in a simple movement or rhythm AND, the best bit is, you get to dance it in your own unique way.

We will explore a variety of different styles and genres. You will experience everything from slow, delicious meditative grooves to heart thumping and strength building cardio beats. The perfect recipe to nurture your mind, body, heart, and soul.

No fancy equipment, coordination or dance experience is required.

Just come as you are!

What Amy loves about Norfolk…

I am an introvert at heart and so really love and appreciate the hidden pockets of nature, especially if there are trees and a river!
