“If we think of our body as an instrument, we understand that in order to create beautiful music we need to keep ourselves in tune.”
Feel Good Therapies is a Norwich based business offering focused therapy time to those looking to improve their overall wellbeing and wanting their whole selves to feel good.
What I do
Amongst the hustle and bustle of Pottergate, my therapy room is tucked away in the peaceful Bagley’s Court, providing a quiet calming space. It is perfect for those working in the city to pop in during their lunchtime or after work.
I began working as a Reflexologist in 2009, and since have furthered my training to care for my clients during pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as those looking for help with natural conception and support during IVF.
I also teach Baby Reflexology to parents, both one to one and in group sessions, where they learn techniques to calm and nourish baby as they develop and grow.
As a certified postpartum doula I advise parents-to-be how to plan for their postpartum, and support them following the arrival of their baby. Through offering practical and emotional support so that the new mother can rest, heal and recover, I help families to find peace, joy and confidence in their transition into parenthood.
Offering Reflexology and Upper Back and Head Massage I have helped ease the symptoms of various health conditions for my clients over the years by –
- Inducing deep relaxation and reducing stress
- Cleansing the body of impurities
- Revitalising energy
- Improving the circulation of blood and lymph fluids
- Promoting efficient functioning of the bodily systems
- Boosting Immunity
- Improving sleep
- Relieving aches & pains
- Treating fertility issues
- Offering well needed relaxation during and after pregnancy
