Sarah Groves – Founder & Director

I am a wellbeing practitioner specialising in fertility, maternity, and postnatal care, as well as founder and director of Feel Good Norfolk Ltd, and mother of two!

After a slow and bumpy start, I am both excited and relieved to have a brilliant team behind the venture, so that we can propel things forward and begin to make a positive social impact to our collective of wellbeing businesses, and to our Norfolk community at large.

I am passionate about the need for more community in our lives.  I believe when we work together we can achieve so much more.  I am very much looking forward to the connections, the collaborations, and the opportunities that our wellbeing community will bring.

My vision is that through a more feminine approach to networking and business, by discovering ways to be more efficient and productive, we can strengthen our working practices together, side by side.  I wish for less competition and more collaboration.  And by having a collective voice shouting about all the wonderful work we offer we can create more awareness, as well as become more available and accessible to our customers.  We will be a shining beacon of light for the Nor-folk to find all the ways they can feel good.

Kristie Becker – Non Executive Director

I am a certified coach, menstrual cycle awareness teacher and nutritional therapist.  I am happy to have joined the FGN board as an NED with my focus being to steer the venture in a positive direction offering support and guidance along the way.  I care deeply about ensuring FGN has as much of a positive social impact as possible and hope to bring a calm, considered and wise approach to my role.

Laura Roberts – Non-Executive Director

I’m hugely passionate about well-being, small independent businesses and helping others fulfil their potential, so am really excited to help steer FGN as a board member. I work full time in the corporate world, delivering large scale global technology projects. And in my ‘spare’ time, I run my online lifestyle retail business, specialising in ethically sourced crystals and hand-crafted home decor.  I hope to bring insight, experience, and wisdom to the role and will focus on keeping the community FGN serves at the heart of our decision making.

Gabriella Walker – Small Business Marketing Consultant

I’m so excited to be working with Feel Good Norfolk to get the message out there about all the amazing work they (and you as Business Members) do. I support with everything Marketing & PR for FGN – from email marketing to finding new ways to get people to the FGN website to find your wellness business. I also run Business Member workshops for FGN to give you the tools to make marketing your own business easy too.

As well as supporting Feel Good Norfolk with their Marketing & PR (to in turn get the word out there about you and your wellness business and get you more clients), I also offer free 30 minute marketing sessions for all Feel Good Norfolk Business Members – so please feel free to contact me and set up a session if you would like to pick my brains on ways that you can use Marketing & PR to help your wellness business grow.

Matilda Green – Social Media Manager

I am a filmmaker who does social media designing and posting for small businesses. I love helping local Norwich businesses grow and find their perfect customers. I also love yoga and the community of yogis in Norwich, so FGN fits right in with my values. As a yoga teacher, therapist, herbalist or whatever you are an expert in, you should just simply be able to do that thing rather than also have to be your own marketer, website developer, poster designer, and do customer outeach. Being a part of FGN means I can help people provide these things for their own business.

Heather Jenkins – Collective Gatherer

I’m Heather, the Collective Gatherer for Feel Good Norfolk and a Medical Herbalist in training. When my head isn’t buried in books about plants and the human anatomy I will be building Feel Good Norfolk connections. I hope to keep strengthening this beautiful and ever-growing wellbeing collective, whilst writing content to inspire and connect us with the natural rhythms within and around us all.
